Return 1- When returning any non-damaged product, i.e., in its original condition, and the customer is dissatisfied with the products, the return can be made within 3 days from the date of receipt for local and international shipments, knowing that the return shipping fee is 20, and the value of the product will be refunded. 2- Refunds for international shipments are processed within 14 days only from the date of purchase. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or return the product, they must notify customer service before the aforementioned period expires. Refunds for local shipments are processed within 3 to 10 days. 3- If the international shipment order is canceled by the customer or the product is returned after more than 14 days from the purchase date, a fixed discount coupon will be issued to the customer equal to the value of the shipment after deducting the return shipping fees, and they can reorder again. 4- Returned products must be intact, new, and in their original packaging. 5- A return slip will be sent, and the customer must deliver the slip along with the products to the nearest approved shipping company branch for us to return the products to our warehouses and complete the return procedures. 6- The shipping fee for the order is non-refundable in case of return. 7- The cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable upon return. Replacement Damaged product: 1- If a damaged product is received, we bear the full shipping cost, provided the product has not been used and remains in its damaged condition. 2- If the product is damaged during use, we guarantee product maintenance within the warranty period, provided the damage is not due to misuse (such as scratches, breakage, or cuts). 3- When replacing or returning the product, the product must be delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
